Internet Marketing Assessment – $249


Are you getting everything you want from your online and web presence?
We’ll evaluate your current internet, website, blog, social media, email list building and related online activities. We’ll send you a short survey about your online goals and thoughts about your current web related needs. Then we’ll setup a one-on-one call to discuss. We’ll deliver an actionable internet marketing strategy plan aligned with your goals and budget that won’t overwhelm you or your staff.

Hours

Starter – $597

8 hrs/mo
For businesses with smaller budgets, who may or may not want to try and implement strategies in-house, or just need some guidance to stay on track. Includes a once per month call to talk about results and changes to the program.


Committed – $997

15 hrs/mo
For the business that is committed to making their online marketing happen, a little more quickly. Includes two followup calls per month to talk about strategies, updates and results.


Serious – $1,997

32 hrs/mo
For the business that wants results yesterday, to be on the bleeding edge, beat their competitors and start realizing the results that can be seen with a proactive, smart and creative marketing effort. Includes a weekly phone call to talk about results, changes to the program, etc.

These packages are for businesses serious about getting results. Perhaps we’re your contract internet, mobile and social media marketing department. We can also work with your staff to help get some of the strategies implemented. We can be the nudge you need to put marketing at the top of your list, instead of “when you have time”. Services can be mixed and matched within these plans. For example, we may decide to work on email list building one week, and social media the next. You might have an existing marketing plan and just want to start checking the boxes and seeing results. Want to try something new, like mobile marketing? Whatever the task, we’ll research if needed and find the solution based on your goals, and meet periodically to make sure were’ on track. We do ask for a 3-month minimum when signing up with us. As you know, most marketing doesn’t happen overnight, and we’ll need time to assess our results.

Social Media Setup Package – $399


We’ll setup, modify and/or review THREE social media profile accounts – LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter (substitutions allowed). If you already have these accounts setup, we’ll suggest ways to increase traffic, select special offers or setup opt-in forms. You’ll also get:

  • LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter setup and/or review
  • Proper Bio for each account
  • Recommended keywords and proper placement in account profiles
  • Configure setting for privacy, email, account logins, etc.
  • Follow us icons for email & websites
  • Custom Twitter background
  • Facebook Profile image for Business
  • Facebook landing page/welcome tab (using Tabsite)
  • A training session to help you navigate the accounts

Social Media Monthly Maintenance – $499


This package will provide you with the monitoring of three social media profiles. We’ll monitor and delete unwanted spam, accept friend requests/follow backs (if you want), as well as daily posting (or give you posting ideas). We’ll research groups, individuals or businesses that you might want to follow in your industry and with your permission follow them, group them, etc. We’ll create a mini-editorial calendar with ideas each week that will help with your postings.

Hourly Consulting – $75/hr


Not sure where to start? No problem, we’ll meet with you via telephone or in person (Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA USA only). We’ll review what you have now and what you’re looking for. We’ll brainstorm some ways that you can accomplish what you’re looking for, with or without our services.

Basic WordPress Website/Blog Launch – $495


Your new website will be launched for you, ready for content that you provide to us. Included:

  • Latest version of WordPress installed on Dreamhost (domain name and hosting account required, WordPress.org is free)
  • Choice between the following premium WordPress themes from Woothemes (if you’d like another Wootheme, you’re free to purchase one separately, they have great prices)
  • Basic security and standard plugins installed and configured (FREE ones we use ourselves, as applicable)
  • Opt-in email form (if applicable. We recommend aWeber as an email autoresponder)
  • 1 hour training session for adding and modifying content, and theme options for your new website
  • Integrated social media accounts (if applicable) – i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn feeds and links to Connect with you

Available Domain Name Search Package – $47


You’ll receive a number domain name choices for your new niche product or service. You provide the keywords you’re interested in targeting, we’ll do the rest. Using a unique search process you will have the ability to reserve untapped domain names that utilize keyword search terms that search engines love! You will be amazed with your domain name choices! You’re free to then register one or more of the names with your favorite domain provider (while we usually register our domains with Dreamhost, our hosting company, for convenience, you can also register with godaddy.com, namecheap and others). If you’re registering many names you might want to get a bulk discount through another provider.
